How do I change the notification interval?
Go to Settings and choose your preferred interval — 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or 3 hours.
Can I add my own activities?
Yes. Go to Settings → Activities and tap "Add Activity." Pick an emoji, name it, and assign a category (productive, neutral, or leisure). Free users can create up to 8 custom activities.
Where is my data stored?
Everything is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to any server. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I back up my data?
Go to Settings → Create Backup. You can save the backup file to Files, iCloud, or any location you choose. To restore, use Settings → Restore Backup.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Go to Settings → Export CSV to download all your activity logs as a spreadsheet.
How do I set Do Not Disturb periods?
In Settings, you can configure DND periods (e.g., sleep hours) so notifications pause automatically during those times.
What does Premium include?
Premium unlocks unlimited activity history, analytics and insights, and unlimited custom activities. You can subscribe from Settings → Premium.
How do I delete my data?
Simply delete the app. Since all data is stored on-device, deleting the app removes everything permanently.
