By downloading, installing, or using Hour Mark, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Hour Mark is a time-tracking application that allows you to log activities, view daily timelines, and analyze how you spend your time. All data is stored locally on your device.

Subscriptions

Hour Mark offers auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Monthly: $1.99/month
• Yearly: $9.99/year

Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

User Content

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Hour Mark. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining backups.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app's systems
• Distribute or sublicense the app to third parties

Disclaimer of Warranties

Hour Mark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
